1 ENGINEERING MANAGER & 1 PROJECT ENGINEER – STRUCTURAL STEEL & PRE-CAST CONCRETE, is required by my client. They are looking for someone who has exceptional ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL knowledge of STRUCTURAL STEEL OR INSITU/PRE-CAST CONCRETE, STEEL FABRICATIONS, they may consider someone who is used to working with MAIN CONTRACTORS, THE RAIL INDUSTRY, LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, OR END-USERS or alternatively, they will look at someone from a CONSULTING background to work throughout the SOUTH.

As an ENGINEERING MANAGER – STRUCTURAL STEEL & PRE-CAST CONCRETE, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Engineering Team which is comprised of 4-5 Engineers and you will be responsible for their Work Programs and keeping them Motivated. You will also have responsibility for Developing New In-House Processes; putting together Training Plans for you’re Team and also the Appointment & Monitoring of the Sub-Contracting of work on certain Projects to the right Architects and Consultancy Firms. The Project Values you will be working on will range between £500,000 and £20,000,000 and you will be working with clients including MAIN CONTRACTORS, THE RAIL INDUSTRY, LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, RETAILERS, END-USERS OR THE PRISON SERVICE.
