AREA SALES MANAGER - CABLE and INDUSTRIAL CONNECTORS

Location: To Cover SOUTH EAST

Package: £45,000, company car, uncapped bonus, mobile, laptop

Company Information: My client is a major force in the cable and connector industry. They have an unrivalled reputation for quality of service and for manufacturing the highest quality products in the industry. Their name opens doors and due to realistic but aggressive expansion plans they have a rare opportunity to join their company

You MUST have the following: * Knowledge of the cable and connector industry * A proven track record and history of a strong sales background within the cable and connector industry * Be living in the South East - preferably in the Home Counties or in London

Ideally you will have the following: * You may currently work within one of my clients competitors, or similar closely related areas withing the electrical industry * Qualifications related to the electrical industry eg CandG, Degree etc * It would be extremely favourable if you have existing contacts and relationships within electrical contractors, consultants, architects, local authorities

The Role: Working within a close knit team you will be responsible for selling the company's high profile range of products architects, MandE consultants, local authorities, end users, contractors via specification. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and be expected to be able to hit the ground running due to your knowledge of the industry and related contacts.

It is important that you are able to fit into the team and my client is particularly interested in seeing people with the relevant experience but a history of working in a successful team and being a strong team player.
