Additionally the Group is launching an exciting new brand requiring its own management team. Reporting directly to and working closely with the Division MD, key responsibilities will include placing finance at the centre of the new business. This involves developing the commercial culture by supporting key business drivers and sound entrepreneurial decision making, taking into account opportunities and risks.

In addition to developing and implementing robust financial controls, the successful candidate will provide financial perspective, develop strategy, identify new business opportunities, support decision making and help drive performance and profitability.

The opportunity will appeal to a driven, results oriented finance professional with Retail or associated sector exposure. The ability to embrace establishing a new function from scratch, whilst having a thorough appreciation that this is under the umbrella of a high profile and established player, will be key.
