Ideally, you will be an experienced accessories buyer with a background in sourcing a variety of accessories, belts, bags and jewellery from European suppliers. Your negotiation and communication skills will come into play to ensure best cost savings are made through excellent supplier liaising. You will lead a team of three buyers, and report to Head of Buying your duties will include:

*Sourcing products internationally from new and existing suppliers, working directly with factories in the UK and Europe. *Managing the supplier base as well as sourcing new suppliers. *Following the critical path closely to ensure deadlines are met. *Consistently seeking to improve product range by engaging at the forefront of new product development, identifying new business opportunities. *Ensuring budgets, margins and promotions are managed. *Monitoring ranges after implementation and managing corrective actions.

The successful candidate will be commercially aware with a strong eye for fashion and an excellent track record.
