Recent restructuring has resulted in the need to recruit a proactive and well organised engineering orientated Account Director.
THE ROLE: You will be responsible for selling into the process sector and will be in regular contact with companies in the oil and gas, petrochemical and pharmaceutical environments. You will be solely responsible for the continued building of relationships with Key National Accounts and customers so as to maintain and develop the current client base. Reporting directly to the Board, you will be responsible for a team of five Account Managers, ensuring they hit set targets and further develop new business on a regionalised basis.
THE PERSON: It is essential that the succesful candidate has a strong knowledge of the Process Control & Automation Industry and has a proven track record within it. Current dealings with major organisations within the Process Industry would be beneficial.

THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary - £50 - £60k
Commission/Bonus - up to 40% of basic salary
