My client are leaders in outsourcing recruitment solutions. This senior and high profile opportunity is based onsite with a large insurance group based in yorkshire. The Account Director will be responsible for all aspects of the client Account including P&L delivery in accordance with agreed budgets and account objectives, client relationship management, account growth, cross selling, up-selling and operational delivery via the Programme Manager and their team. This will include;
Ensuring that account performance is in accordance with agreed budgets and objectives.
Development and management of an account plan that supports delivery of the account P&L and business objectives including account development
Ensuring that the strategy outlined in the account plan is effectively executed and that all business opportunities are maximized.
Ensuring that client relationships are effective and support the account objectives including growth. Raising the profile within the client community and ensuring that the number and level of client contacts is appropriate to support delivery of the account plan.
Working with the Programme Manager, Director of Operations and the Head of Delivery, Contracting to ensure that operational best practice is deployed in the account.
Responsible for all account development actions including increases in scope and additional service lines. Direct the development and preparation of bid/tender documentation as required.
You will possess the following experience;
Outstanding relationship Management Skills – internal and external.
Experience of working on client site within a Managed Service Provision or Recruitment Process Outsourcing Programme at Account Director Level.
Experience and a demonstrable history of achievement in the majority of the following:
Account/relationship management
Recruitment, HR, or Business Process Outsourcing
Service management including the management of operations
Contract management
Business development
