The Company

My client is a leading global provider of innovative communication software products, services and solutions . Their solutions enable operators to see the  value of each subscriber transaction while personalizing the subscriber experience to meet mainstream, niche and individual market segment requirements. The company's revenue generating solutions give advanced converged billing, rating, charging and policy for voice, messaging and new generation data services to well over 50 network operators in as many countries.

The candidate

You are a strong prospector who enjoys the challenge of developing new customer relationships and solving their business problems using the very latest in leading-edge infrastructure software. You are an expert at assisting mobile communications service providers by turning their business challenges and technical requirements into deliverable solutions that monetize and personalize their offerings. You are a passionate, energetic, driven, intelligent, and innovative sales professional with a proven track record of overachieving sales targets within your territory.

Requirements

You will focus on aggressively developing new relationships and building new business within this region. You have outstanding experience, a history of achievement, and a proven track record in:

   

Consistently achieving sales targets through prospecting new customers;


Building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives at major mobile communications service providers;


Operating with sophisticated diplomacy with internal and external clients;


Developing wireless telecom proposal presentations;


Leading technical and commercial negotiations.
 

Qualifications

Eight years or more of industry experience selling into mobile and/or wireless providers;


Expert knowledge of sales cycles, strategies, and methods;


Strong contact networks within the wireless industry;


Ability to anticipate how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of products and services;


Long-term vision of business/technology direction within the telecommunications industry;


Adviser to customers and the company on strategic business and technology plans;


Effective at exercising power and influence with key decision makers.
