Job overview:
We have a small and dynamic team that is focused on delivering true value to our customers through the pursuit of customer centricity and technology innovation. The Account Management team is critical to the ongoing success of Our client, by acting as an intermediary between the technical team and our customers. You will demonstrate the following skills: · Provide senior sales leadership for the assigned industry segment sales territory. · Drive the sales activities of the assigned segment/territory and provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts. · Work with the Project Management Team to deploy new customer solutions · Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients; and strategise, present and demonstrate a tailored communication and technology solution. · Develop an understanding of customer's business objectives in order to map a strategy to help facilitate the achievement of their objectives. · Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts.
Experience:
4 years of Account Management experience. Education:
Ideally degree educated in commerce, IT, engineering focus. Although a business degree is not essential
Preferred Requirements (must demonstrate a collection of the belowstated): · Excellent communication and presentation skills · 4 years of Account Management experience with a demonstrable record of sales success · Project Management skills · Proven track record of managing strategic relationship · Experience Account Managing multinational companies · Highly knowledgeable of technology industry trends and strategies as it relates to the telecommunications, financial services, marketing, or contact center industry segment · A strong problem solving background · Experienced in solution selling or business consulting · Business consulting experience would be beneficial
