South East/Central / To £45K + (8-15 per cent OTE) plus car allowance and benefits
This key consultative sales role involves both the management and development of a portfolio of key accounts as well as harvesting new business opportunities.
The Account Manager will build strong relationships with key accounts, presenting briefings, ensuring excellent levels of customer service, and producing and interpreting management information with the aim of maintaining the highest levels of customer retention. Target driven, they will also be looking for new sales opportunities, cross selling the product range as well as identifying new prospects from both across and outside of the group.
With excellent relationship building skills and conceptual sales ability, you will be confident in a consultative sales environment. Your ability to identify client needs through your listening and investigative questioning skills will be invaluable when establishing long term relationships. Proactive and service driven, you will be able to interpret and analyse management information, be a lateral thinker and possess a high level of commitment, energy and enthusiasm together with excellent self-motivation, reliability and self-discipline qualities.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of account development in a business to business environment within HR services, recruitment, employee benefits, occupational health or employee assistance.
