My client is looking for a Assistant Director, Personalisation and Transforming Adult Social Care to be responsible for transforming Adult Social Care, Adult Social Care Strategic Commissioning, and Partnerships. You will work with Directors, Assistant Directors, Heads of Service and Elected Members to develop and implement council wide initiatives, that increase the inclusion, health and well being of local communities, and ensure services are integrated at the point of delivery.You will lead the strategic planning and project implementation of the 'personalisation

and transforming adult social care` agenda. You need to have a good knowledge of trends, best practice in relation to health and social care services and a knowledge of legislation, health and social care related case law, policy and good practice guidelines relating to care services. You need to have a track record of innovation in determining and realising objectives in Health and Social Care Services.
