Our Client, a Primary Care Trust, are looking to appoint an Assistant Director of Corporate Governance. You will ensure that the Provider Services Committee receives all the information and intelligence it requires in order to be assured that the business of the organisation is being carried out legally, safely and effectively.
The Assistant Director of Corporate Governance will be required to:
*Ensure that adequate systems and process are in place to provide comprehensive and systematic reporting on all aspects of corporate governance and risk management
*Ensure that these systems are understood and embedded within all levels of the organisation
*Be well informed and therefore able to advise the Executive Team in respect of future potential models of governance for NCHC
Candidates wishing to apply for this role must have:
*At least 4 years of Senior Management experience in the NHS *Strong knowledge and proven experience of governance and risk management *Experience of developing strategy within risk and governance
