Outbound Associate Sales Director. Phones 4U Direct require a successful, sales focused Contact Centre Manager, from a large customer contact centre background with outbound sales experience. Ideally you currently run a team of over 150+ Sales Agents and Multiple Team Leaders - an area of the business that I will be keen to find out is the attention to detail around how you interpret your dialler information, your drivers and objectives. You will be a charismatic and motivational manager, with the ability to adapt your management style to deliver maximum performance from all employees. Candidates must see the 'big picture` when assessing and addressing issues within their business, and be commercially aware with the confidence to execute and deliver strategy.

The successful candidate you will be career minded and ambitious with a genuine passion for sales and a desire to work in a vibrant sales environment. It is essential you have the skills to train and develop a core management team within the centre, ensuring consistency and continuity in their absence and the continued long-term success and stability of the business. You will drive sales and further improve employee performance, looking at sales, service, attrition and sickness.
