The Role

The purpose of this role is to support and advise the business in all areas of law, and in where appropriate corporate governance and compliance.

This will include:

1. Acting as legal lead in the most significant and complex customer contracts negotiating with customers, supporting sales, operations, finance and HR as appropriate
2. Acting as first step of escalation in standard customer contracts from Contract Manager
3. Supporting HR in employment matters including TUPE
4. Supporting sales management in customer contracts and distribution/channel agreements in multi-jurisdictions
5. Support Finance in revenue recognition and other matters
6. Legal advice and support in dispute resolution and mediation
7. Subject matter expert in Data Protection
8. Advise the business in all areas of law

Suitable Candidates will have:

1. University degree is essential, LLB preferable
2. Qualified solicitor or barrister
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in UK contract law, and preferably outsourcing
