My client is Yorkshires leading waste management specialist. Due to a company re- structure they are now seeking to recruit a Bid Manager to join their highly experienced team. The Manager will report directly into the Director for Future Developments.

Primarily your role will be to accurately put together bid proposals for contracts and grants and working alongside private developers and infrastructure contractors on joint ventures. The right candidate will have a commercial mind for putting together the bids and understand the logistics and costing to accurately put proposals together

You will be aware of movements in the industry and be able to pre-empt tenders and work out how to service the bids and monitor the tenders when they are released.

The package is 50k+ salary (negotiable based upon experience), company car and 23 days holiday excluding bank holidays.
