Following significant growth over the last three years years, a proactive Building Services professional is required, who is capable of taking care of the day to day contractual issues of a small/medium sized Building Services contractor. The role will necessitate a very close working relationship with the Managing Director, as well as a great amount of interaction with key clients. These relationships will be enhanced, improving profitability and contributing to the overall success of the business.

The successful candidate will be from a commercial MandE background, with business unit management experience. You will be able to work as part of a cohesive team, all pulling in the same direction. Relationship Building is an important part of this role, and strong commercial acumen is a necessity.
