Business Analyst - Post Sales Implementation and Configuration Consultant, ETRM Software Vendor needed to capture customer requirements and implement and configure enterprise ETRM software solutions.

The Business Analyst - Post Sales Implementation and Configuration Consultant, ETRM Software Vendor will interface with large energy trading organisation across Europe to capture requirements; map business process and document requirements; implement and configure the product to meet the customers requirements (full product training will be given); report to and provide full documentation to the project manager; liaise with technical teams when required to deliver technical amendments and bespoke developments.

Candidates for the Business Analyst - Post Sales Implementation and Configuration Consultant, ETRM Software Vendor role must have experience of business analysis/capturing and documenting requirements and have previous experience of software implementation or configuration projects. Desirable experience includes experience of ETRM software or experience in the Energy Trading, Transaction and Risk Management industry, Supply Chain Management, ERP, CRM or similar (trading, finance, investment banking, etc).
