Our client is a market leading IT Services organisation within the Public Sector vertical and due to continued growth and success they are looking to recruit a number of Business Consultants.

Job Description:

They are seeking individuals with a proven track record to take on management level positions in their Public Sector Business Consulting practice to work closely with clients in solving strategic, process, information or organisational issues critical to the organisation.

Requirements:-

You must have excellent client-facing skills and will be expected to have held management level positions in a Business Consulting environment either currently or previously.

You will have both a good understanding of the theory of Business Transformation through Strategy or Project Consulting and have practical experience when it comes to working with other Senior Managers with client organisations.

Responsibilities:-

They expect their Snr Business Consultants to undertake:-

• Shaping and Managing Business Consulting engagements
• Managing Snr Level client relationships
• Leading Business Teams of 5 to 20 consultants
• Managing Procurement, Business Change and the Business side of IT enabled change projects on behalf of clients
• Leading bids in the general are of Business Consulting and Business Transformation.
• Have experience of working within the Public Sector, specifically - National Security / Police / Central Government / Home Land Security.
• Either have or be prepared to obtain high levels of UK Security Clearance.
