Business Development Consultant
(Programme Management)

c. £40,000 + benefits (salary negotiable for an exceptional candidate)

Due to our continued growth, our Global Knowledge and Enterprise Division is looking for an experienced business development consultant to play a pivotal role in creating winning proposals for a wide range of public sector clients. This highly-visible, core business role will involve significant internal liaison and the preparation, planning, managing and presentation of proposals.

You will ideally come from an innovation or technology background, with contacts in government departments, regional development agencies and devolved administrations. You must have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to demonstrate a successful track record of having won multi million pound consultancy contracts through competitive tendering for the public sector. You must be an enthusiastic self-starter able to drive and manage projects from concept to delivery including strategic research into new client propositions and the identification of business leads.
