BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WANTED IN MANNED SECURITY SERVICES.

Our client is a well established UK market leader within the MANNED GUARDING SECURITY market sector. They are a forward thinking, multi-million pound Turnover Company who set the standards within the market with their exceptional service. Due to continued success and growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ideally with MANNED GUARDING experience, GENERAL CONTRACTING experience, alternatively they will also look at someone with a background in CONTRACT CLEANING OR FROM A B2B SERVICE INDUSTRY throughout the NORTH & MIDLANDS.

As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – MANNED GUARDING, you will be responsible for the sale and development of the company’s extensive line of MANNED GUARDING SERVICES, throughout the UK. You will be responsible for your own personal individual target, ensuring you hit set target and further develop the company turnover selling into a customer base including THE RETAIL SECTOR, COMMERCIAL, FINANCIAL, LOGISTICS and into BLUE CHIP COMPANIES, so working to a target is something you will be familiar with.

You will assume personal responsibility for planning, development and growth of future Key National Accounts, to maintain, develop and expand the company’s service portfolio range within these accounts. Developing a business plan and initiatives that will maximise the business potential of the region is crucial.

This role offers excellent and diverse opportunities for CAREER PROGRESS for the successful applicant so you will be a very ambitious and forward thinking individual.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the MANNED GUARDING arena, GENERAL CONTRACTING, alternatively they will also consider people from CONTRACT CLEANING, and alternatively they will consider people from various allied markets. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, will be organised, have a flexible and “hands on “ approach to work and be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional fashion.

The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – MANNED GUARDING SERVICES must be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business and present convincing financial and business arguments to High-profile customers. You will be seeking an opportunity to take your career to the next level within a Senior Commercial or man-management level capacity, or to build on an already successful career at this level.
