As part of a transformation to continually improve the way the business operates, they are now seeking to appoint a BDM + TSM whose remit will be to drive sales, to further increase market share and deepen client relationships.
Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be accountable for large orders, demonstration of such systems to customers in presentations.
You will provide exceptional leadership to create a culture of over achievement and excellent customer service to a diverse customer base.
Liaise with the Manufacturing, QA, DO, contracts and other departments to ensure product manufacturing details are correct.
Use computerised and manual systems to maintain customer enquiry register and allocation of sales order and contracts.
Following up customers to ensure product is delivered and invoice paperwork is correct to enable payment.
Attend relevant equipment exhibitions as required, and assist in their preparation.
Requirements:
Military experience is a must. You will be commercially focused, well rounded and robust, immediately credible with a high level of impact, strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
You will be pragmatic and results orientated and possess a proven track record of success in SALES, with specific experience in working with clients to provide a solution tailored to their requirements.
You will be an entrepreneurial, self-starter with experience in driving new thinking into various sectors hungry for challenge, commercially astute and passionate to succeed.
