Our client is a leading consultancy providing Service Management and IT Governance Consultancy Services.
Due to the expansion of the sales team a new position is available for a dynamic new business person. Based out of our Woking offices you would carry a £1m target and sell a mix of leading ITSM Consultancy services and ITSM Automation Technology Solutions.
Responsible for developing new business in named accounts across our key sectors,
• Key sector experience Commercial and current proven Rolodex mandatory. Hold existing senior relationships to shorten sales cycle.
• Take on multiple accounts is various stages of development
• Responsible for New Business hunting & wining in those accounts.
• Working as part of the business development team the role will be focused on UK.
• We require service engagements to be lead and targeted at CIO Level.
Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
• Solicit meetings with Senior Managers to present and demonstrate our joint value on ITSM Automation.
• Closing deals at senior level
• Selling solutions, mix of service lead engagements i.e Automation Assessments with technology.
• Understand Service Solutions based on Enterprises implementing cost reduction and compliance strategies with ISO2000 standards and ITIL Service Management.
• Understanding of sale cycle and selling of Service Management Solutions.
• Carry a £1m target in 2009
• Accurately forecast and track all activities using Sales Force.
Other Information:
• Travel required, based from Woking office.
• Home working is expected.
Person / Experience required:
• Highly dynamic and focused individual able to multi task across accounts and build pipeline quickly and accurately.
• Star track record selling ITIL based service management, workflow, and automation solutions.
• Carried a £1m plus revenue target and proven overachievement 3 years running. Proven via 3 years of P60.
• Technology backgrounds could include includes Enterprise sales experience with CA, BMC, IBM Systems management systems.
• Proven revenue generator, experience in developing and managing strategic sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with senior decision makers.
• Formal training in the area of solution selling, TAS, R.A.D.A.R., Miller Heiman
• Also desired, is experience and understanding of enterprise ITIL programs, Service Management programs.
