Due to continued success and growth, two exciting opportunities have arisen for 2 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS ideally with HARD BUILDING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES experience, experience of SOFT BUILDING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES, they would consider someone with experience of selling LIGHTING, HEATING & VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING, UPS SYSTEMS, FIRE SUPPRESSION PRODUCTS OR ENERGY MANAGEMENT SERVICES or people who possess experience of selling some type of SERVICE throughout the UK.
As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, you will be responsible for the sale and development of the companys extensive line of HARD BUILDING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES throughout the UK. You will be responsible for your own personal individual target, ensuring you hit set target and further develop the company turnover selling into a customer base including CONSULTANTS & MANAGEMENT AGENTS, FINANCIAL INSTITUTES, REAL ESTATE COMPANIES, THE RETAIL INDUSTRY, THE COMMERCIAL SECTOR, THE EDUCATION MARKET, THE HEALTH SECTOR and into BLUE CHIP COMPANIES, so working to a target is something you will be familiar with.
As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, you must be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business and present convincing financial and business arguments to High-Profile Customers. You will assume personal responsibility for planning, development and growth of future Key National Accounts, to maintain, develop and expand the companys service portfolio range within these accounts. Developing a business plan and initiatives that will maximise the business potential of the region is crucial. The ideal candidates will have experience in HARD BUILDING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES, SOFT BUILDING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES, alternatively they may have experience in selling LIGHTING, HEATING & VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING, UPS SYSTEMS, FIRE SUPPRESSION PRODUCTS OR ENERGY MANAGEMENT SERVICES or they will be someone who possesses experience of selling some type of SERVICE throughout the UK.
