The Business Development Manager will support and drive business development initiatives, working closely with and supporting partners to generate new fees from both new prospects and existing and clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing a coordinated approach to sales, targeting and pitch/proposal management Increasing client retention and improve client satisfaction through local implementation of national client management and client service initiatives Working with central Marketing and BD teams in delivering the firm-wide objectives for business development nationwide Ensuring sales targets have a regular contact program in place and that fee earner sales teams are updating their target and contact data using the firm's CRM system Working in collaboration with the National Pitch Team in the management and delivery of the pitch and proposals using the firm's bid methodology Ensuring key account management practices and process are implemented effectively
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing relationships and influencing at a senior level within a professional services partnership. You will be a self starter with natural drive, resilience, tenacity and strong commercial acumen.
