Business Development Manager x 2 (HiTech/Manufacturing, Maidenhead) ? Offshore IT Services ?40k to ?45k (plus ?20k bonus + benefits) Industrial Business Development Manager will strategize to identify, prioritize and pursue new and existing opportunities with target markets. These target markets are all from HiTech and Manufacturing domain and include (but are not limited to); Rail, Automotive, Process Automation, Power, Petro-Chemical, Machine Tools, Semiconductors or Heavy Engineering. Role requires ability to quickly understand new technologies and business models. Likewise, Business Development Manager will be expected to generate own ideas and initiatives that capitalize on existing and prospective partner strengths to drive substantive, additional benefit. Amongst other things you will carry out identification of prospects within market, undertake research studies and develop propositions to pitch to prospects as well as managing day-to-day relationships with clients and developing deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies. You must have: ? Dynamic sales and Business Development Managers who have instincts of Hunter ? Ability to scale up engagement exponentially with needed support ? Ability to connect with senior management to cross connect into other businesses within group ? Willingness to challenge status quo to drive increases in high-margin, recurring revenue ?
