The Regional Business Manager will have total commercial responsibility for sales success and operational delivery within the South West of England, in line with the companys business plan. You will be a key business driver, identifying opportunities for operational Implementation of new products and services, through effective leadership, motivation and mentoring of the clinical and commercial team in the region on a day to day basis.
The ideal candidate will have a successful business growth track record, together with the ability to manage service delivery excellence, take control of finance and budgets, develop strong customer and client relationships, and to possess strong people management skills. You will be experienced at driving strategic
change management projects to a successful conclusion through your strong leadership, team building, succession planning and performance management skills, across a variety of functions and levels. Previous healthcare experience is desirable.
