CFO belfast / £100k bonus benefits options CFO Job Description Reporting to the CEO and Board, the company?s CFO is an Executive Director of the company?s Board and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities · Examination of means to enhance growth, profitability and value creation by evaluating internal operations, acquisitions, cash management strategy, the effective use of corporate assets, and by understanding the financial and operational risks of doing business. · Responsible for controlling, overseeing, and administering all Financial, Company Secretarial, Legal and Administrative functions of the Company · Managing a team to deliver the above functions, including recruiting, developing and coaching · Responsible for the Company?s finance plans, budgets, KPI reports, reforecasts, monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts · Responsible for all external financial relations, including banks and other finance sources · Responsible for ensuring the company?s commercial & contractual rights are asserted, and risks managed · Leading and coordinating corporate development activities, including capital raising, acquisitions, partnerships and other major negotiations · Responsible for company relationship with Audit Committee

· Be able to add value through excellence of commercial judgement; be seen as a business person first and finance professional second · Understanding and experience of operational management · Take debating positions with colleagues to make sure issues can be better explored and progressed by the team · Have a real interest in developing the members of your own team and peers · Ability to interact honestly and transparently with peers · Persistence in the light of obstacles and a desire to make a difference · Ability to deal with high work load, long hours, and reasonable amounts of travel · Ability to act as stand-in for CEO · Potential to become a country General; Manager

Required Criteria

· Have relevant accountancy qualifications and demonstrate a minimum of 7 years? post-qualification experience at a senior management level in a progressive commercial environment · A minimum of 7 years experience of managing the planning, budgetary and financial control aspects of the business · A good working knowledge of Treasury and Taxation · 7 years experience of managing, developing and motivating a team in a demanding and fast moving environment · Written and oral communication skills to convince others of your perspective · Strong technical, analytical and IT skills · Practical experience of Corporate Governance · Experience of working in a high tech, high growth environment · Experience of US business environment · Knowledge of fund raising and exit management
