Capita HR Resourcing are currently working with their client, a leading business services organisation, who are recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team in the North West. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the integration of development programmes across the organisation both on a local and regional level.
Your main responsibilities will include:
*Ensure compliance of all benefit programmes *Developing and implementing of benefits *Management of relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers *Responsibility for overseeing incentive compensation administration *Research of salary surveys and market data *Development of salary structures and analysis
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
*Leadership skills with ability to develop, implement and drive new reward programmes *Experience within a blue chip environment *Educated to graduate level *Proven Compensation and Benefits experience at management level
