Profiles Resource Management Ltd is a leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. Part of Ochre House, the UK’s largest privately owned recruitment services company, we are growing rapidly with a number of new clients. Due to internal promotions and new projects, we are looking for a Client Service Manager to work in-house with market leading blue chip companies.

Our Client Service Managers run between 1 and 3 of our accounts and are responsible for leading the strategic relationship with our stakeholders. You will partner with the businesses at a board level, nurturing our existing relationships and presenting the benefits of our service offerings to key managers. You will also be responsible for selling in new services and products into the client. You will manage a team of administrators, resourcing specialists and senior recruiters and are responsible for day to day issues within the team. As a part of our Management Team, you will also have the opportunity to make a real impact to our business, offering solutions and perspectives to the way the company moves forward. And of course, you’ll also be happy to get stuck in and manage roles when required.

All applicants must have significant experience within recruitment. Ideally you will have worked in-house or in an RPO environment, and will be comfortable both with managing a team of senior recruiters and working at board level within corporate environments. You will have a strong consultative approach utilising creativity and energy and know that the customer comes first.
