Service and our people is key to our success and we are looking for a Commercial Manager with excellent commercial finance experience to join our successful UK Commercial Sector.

The Role
As our Commercial Manager you will report to the GM of a region with a turnover of £70 - £80 million. Our industry is fast and dynamic and we require a strong Commercial Manager who can meet the demands of the operations. You will provide commercial support to our Business Managers throughout our operation, including the evaluation of their monthly financial data to gain a clear understanding of their business unit’s performance. In this role you will lead, manage and execute key projects of a Commercial nature, identify profit opportunities, identify sustainable ways of reducing costs and implement change initiatives when required.

The Successful Candidate
The Commercial Manager will need to have strong personality and excellent Commercial/Operational and Financial experience. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate your ability to interpret financial information and put a commercial edge to it. You will need to be able to influence an experienced GM and Operations Director. Your ability to influence and to not be seen as just a ‘number cruncher’ is vital to your success, therefore the successful candidate will have gravitas and presence and ideally will come from an Industrial Services, logistic - service led industry background. You will have experience of an operational led business with high level financial experience at ACCA, CIMA or MBA standard. If you come from an Operational background with strong fleet bias this would be advantageous
