One of the most prestigious global consulting firms is now seeking a highly experienced Energy Commodity Sourcing Manager to join its European consulting team. You will manage strategic sourcing program for the energy category, ensuring all requirements are met from data collection and communicating with client stakeholders through to final completion of assignments.

Working across the UK and Europe, you will have the opportunity to lead projects within some of the most respected businesses around the world and may be required to manage on-site staff. You will employ a delivery model suited to the client requirements and support the use of e-sourcing tools.

As a highly skilled procurement professional you will be at least degree qualified, ideally with an MBA. You will have 8 years industry experience across large, blue chip businesses with 3 years in strategic sourcing or at least 3 years sourcing experience within the consultancy market, specialising in energy. Experience in the use of esourcing tools and fluency in English with one other European language is a MUST. Candidates must also be willing to travel on a regular basis.
