Introduction/background.
Our client develops, produces and distributes information security solutions that protect its customers from IT threats and allow enterprises to manage risk. Their products protect information from viruses, hackers and spam for home users and enterprises. Founded in 1997, the company has regional offices in the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Japan, China, Korea, Romania and the United States. Further expanding the company's reach is its large partner network comprising over 500 companies globally. The company is growing well and contemplates IPO in the foreseeable future. A Corporate Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal is now required.
The job role: Corporate Sales Manager Iberia
Reporting to: MD Iberia
Remuneration package and benefits: Salary 60K Euros, OTE 100K Euros + company car
Key tasks:
- Responsible for developing sales to corporate enterprise customer
- Leads the local corporate sales team
- Identify and develop larger accounts
- Drive business, partner selection and development

Location: Madrid
Required candidate profile:
- Experienced Sales Manager ideally having anti-virus/security software or telecoms experience.
- Experience of managing sales via the corporate reseller channel: partner identification and selection, T&Cs, consultancy and relationship management to maximise sales through the channel.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering growth via sales leadership in similar companies.
- Excellent team management, yet hands-on as well.
- All experience should not be in big companies, some experience in companies nearer the size of this is better i.e. US$200 million globally with staff and revenues via distributed operating units.
- Fluent Spanish speaking, reading, writing.
