Cambridge / £60000 - £70000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits
The Requirement
* proven experience of providing international customer support * Ideally some technical background in electronics service and repair * Strong customer focus with sound commercial acumen * Proven leader able to inspire an international teams * Language skills would be of additional benefit * Educated to degree level or equivalent * Proven negotiation skills

The Roles
* To manage a post sales support operation including help desk, technical support and international repair centres * To develop KPIs and other business metrics so that a long-term business improvement plan can be implemented * To develop a customer-focussed strategy that ensures high levels of customer service and instils a customer service ethos in the company * To identify and delivery revenue earning opportunities within the services arena * To provide effective leadership to the support and services teams
