Working for a high energy, online entertainments/music services organisation, the Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst / Web Analytics (Excel, Web Analytics - Omniture or Webtrends) will be a part of the International Digital division responsible for leading the research and analysis of data generated from high volume commercial websites, various data warehouses and campaigns.

The Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst / Web Analytics (Excel, Web Analytics - Omniture or Webtrends) will use analytical methods across the business to improve the customer experience and optimize sales performance.

The Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst / Web Analytics (Excel, Web Analytics - Omniture or Webtrends) will manage the collation of customer behavior data, working with technical teams to capture and mine data; be responsible for all aspects of customer behavior analysis; manage customer research projects (survey design, data analysis, report writing, produce visuals/graphs and provide insight/recommendations); estimate costs and time to achieve data collection; monitor progress and costs and develop recommendations accordingly and use Omniture to tag and optimize various web and microsites, monitoring and maximising their performance.

Candidates for the Digital Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst / Web Analytics (Excel, Web Analytics - Omniture or Webtrends) role must have an analytical background with a commercial drive, experience providing consumer behaviour insight in a web environment and experience of MS Excel and Omniture or a similar Web Analytics product. The Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst / Web Analytics (Excel, Web Analytics - Omniture or Webtrends) must be comfortable producing and presenting reports, and providing insight.
