The Distributor Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding the territory sales targets within the Eastern Europe territory, developing a team of distributors to achieve the strategic growth plans for the region. This region contains many multi-national key accounts and the role therefore requires the person to manage and develop these accounts to ensure they obtain the level of service and support expected, thereby also helping the company to achieve its business objectives.
To be successful in this role you must be able to develop and motivate your distributors and provide added value during visits, in the form of technical and product applications knowledge but also in the development of distributors business practices, including ensuring business forecasting. You will be a professional business-to-business sales manager with experience of selling premium capital products involving ROI discussions into one or more of the Eastern European key markets.
