A global FMCG giant in consumer goods is looking to recruit a European Brand Director. You will lead the strategic development of premium global brands across Europe, delivering communication to drive brand equity, innovation, growth and premiumisation.
The Responsibilities of this role include:
Owning and developing the Brand Strategy for Europe Defining and driving the Innovation Pipeline for high profile brands Developing effective communication and championing efficient implementation in markets Defining and owning the Brand strategic PandL Leading the European Brand Business Team to maximise the brand`s health, via alignment, collaboration, prioritisation and communication Managing key External Agency relationships Leading the seasonals team to deliver Xmas and Seasonals brand portfolio, in line with agreed market strategies
Candidates will have a European brand marketing background that preferably includes time spent in the FMCG/Retail industry. In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have:
Degree level education or equivalent experience Experience across full marketing mix including advertising, development and innovation Developing successful brand strategies Good understanding of brand PandL`s Leadership of cross functional teams
