My client is an innovator and market leading manufacturer of ambient own-label and branded food products operating in the multiple retail, foodservice and wholesale channels. Due to continued success and global expansion we are seeking a Sales Controller with senior commercial management experience in the food or beverage arena.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining and extending relationships with current clients. Developing new business relationships with potential clients. Coordinating all sales activities in the UK and Ireland. Develop and implement country sales business plans and strategies for short, medium and long-term business processes. Participating in brand developments and measuring its results. You will have
to also lead the category review for your given market within several major multiple outlets. Identifying key accounts, developing a precise understanding of their organisational structures, financial status, decision making procedures and other relevant information. Improving continuously the selling strategies according with corporate principles.
THE REQUIREMENTS
Degree educated with a minimum of 5 years professional commercial experience managing the Sales process of a top FMCG business or brand with evidence high-level monetary success. Experience with management by KPI´s; understands major financial records incl. internal cost structures, revenue, balance sheet and collect outstanding debts.
