Our client is a fast growing multi-channel specialist retail business with significant UK market share. As part of their continued expansion plans they are looking to hire an experienced Finance Director with a proven background in the retail industry.
Your key objectives will include:
- working with the board to implement the growth plans of the business
- detailed cash/working capital management knowledge
- accurate production of dashboard KPI analysis
- wide business facing role
- general contribution at board level
Private equity experience or managing in a cash constrained environment is preferred. This will be a very hands on role that will involve partnering with the CEO to deliver results. A .
The ideal candidate must be commercially minded and open to change in a retail environment and have a familiarity with corporate governance. You must be proactive and have the ability to get answers and solve issues. A working knowledge of IT systems and implementing change within this environment will be an advantage.
