Our client, a highly successful technology company, is looking for a commercially aware Finance Director to support its growing business. This is a rare opportunity to join a well established market leader with a brief to support the business and maximise financial performance.
Responsibilities:
Day to day management of the finance and admin team
Review, development and implementation of appropriate internal controls
Statutory reporting
Pro-active management and reporting of business performance against the business plan
Preparation of monthly management accounts and KPIs
Treasury management optimisation of investment returns
Review of investment opportunities
Ideal candidate:
A professional accountancy qualification or qualified by experience
An experienced commercially focussed finance professional
Up to date technical financial reporting skills
Experience of working in a technology business would be advantageous
Dynamic, proactive and keen to grow with the business
Delivery focussed approach; not afraid to be hands on when required and to work effectively in a small team environment
Strong communication skills
