I am currently recruiting for a leading Food Manufacturing and Distribution company with offices across the UK. They require a Finance Manager to work at their Birmingham site and support the Site Manufacturing Managers and Area Distribution Managers by providing accurate and timely financial information to enabale robust decision making. To coach and develop their team of Analysts and Admin staff at the site.

You will be responsible for providing information and high quality analysis in a pro active way. You will ensure the integrity of KPI reporting. You will be responsible for producing monthly balance sheet reconciliations on a site level. You will generate budgets/forecast via appropriate Fianncial Modelling, ensuring that comprehensive plans are put in place to deliver the bottom line. You will be expected to

challenge budgetted figures and ensure their accuracy. You will have involvement in decision making around investments and review Capital expenditure. You must ensure that appropriate controls are in place with regards to systems and processes. You will support the implementation of new systems.

You must be Qualified Accountant,preferably CIMA.You will have worked within a FMCG background OR Business Partnering in a commercial environment. ou will have a high level of integrity and be an experienced team leader. You will preferably have working knowledge of SAP and some exposure to systems implementation. This is an amazing opportunity with great prospects.
