You will be an experienced Finance Transformation Management Consultant with 5 years experience of delivering complex enterprise projects in CPM/ERP or Shared Services.

It is likely you will have worked for a Big 4 or major provider. It is expected you will be strong in implementation one of the following: ERP (Oracle Financials, Peoplesoft, JDE, Cognos) or CPM/EPM (Hyperion 9, Outlooksoft/Cartesis, SAP SEM). Cross training opportunity available and encouraged!

Ideally you will hold an CIMA, ACCA or similar certification.

Your role will be to deliver Finance Transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies. You will lead complex projects in ERP/CPM or Shared Services and manage Finance, back office, change management, IT delivery and data management/modelling required.

You will process design back office processes such as P2P, R2R, O2C and enable best practice process IT design. You will be involved in Charts of Accounts implementation, Revenue recognition/assurance, data management and P2P processes.

As a solution architect you will have experience of SOA, Client-Server and their impact on delivery also good experience of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

To deliver CPM you will need to deploy CPM technical Architecture and integration to ERP. You will demonstrate to client insights for definition and performance management. You will deliver test strategies, cycles and management for Hyperion 9, SAP SEM, COGNOS, Cartesis or Oracle Financials.

To deliver SSC, you will manage full implementation cycle for a blue chip, create business case, demonstrate SSC drivers (efficiency, standardisation, labour arbitrage etc and change management). You will deliver IT enabled best practice back office processes and operational implementation. You will contribute to SLA, customer focus and continuous improvement plans.
