A global engineering company based in the Birmingham area are currently recruiting for an experienced and Qualified Financial Accountant to join the Financial Reporting team whick overseesthe financial reporting function of the business.

Key responsibilities include: - Assist in the multi stage annual Budget Process - Maintaining monthly VAT records - Implement ad hoc projects both within Finance Department and in conjunction with teh business - Manage Fixed Asset Register and investment proposals - Ensure all Balance Sheet Reconciliations are completed in a timely manner

Ideal Candidates will have: - Previous Financial accounting experience with hands on reporting skills - Be commercially aware - Possibly trained in Practice, and or have background in engineering - Have a high degree of organisation and prioritising skills - Be analytical and have strong problem solving skills

You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified with 3 years PQE.
