North London / £50000 - £56000 per annum + 30PERCENT bonus and benefits
My client is one of the UK`s most successful independent multi-brand retailers, with stores in over 1500 locations and more than 12000 staff across the core brands. Due to an internal move, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join the Property team to deliver critical business information to the organisation to support senior decision-making. Working in a small team, the Property Finance Analyst will work closely with the store portfolio for each key brand to establish areas of underperformance, and will also take responsibility for providing financial support with regards to new site acquisitions and lease renewals. You will also produce the management accounts for the non-trade segment of the business and play a key role in driving this area forward, and undertake period end reporting
for sales and leaseback. As this role carries significant exposure to senior finance and non-finance staff across the business, you will be expected to build and foster effective working relationships. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience of a multisite environment, ideally within property. A proven track record of working with complex data is expected, and you will have excellent IT skills particularly in Excel. You will also demonstrate a keen eye for detail and will have had significant exposure to senior business heads. A competitive salary package is on offer for the successful candidate.
