A major Primary Care Trust is seeking an NHS experienced Interim Financial Controller (Band 8b).

You will be leading the Financial Accounting and Risk Management functions of the organisation, and your responsibilities will include financial reporting, overseeing all of Accounting Services including payroll, maintaining and developing internal financial controls and risk management across the organisation. You will also be responsible for a team of 8.

The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA qualified with recent experience in NHS accounting. You will need significant experience in managing teams and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a variety of audiences.
