Our client is a privately owned £175m+ turnover service sector business, with operations worldwide. They have grown considerably over the past 5 years and as such, now require an experienced Finance Director to take them through the next phase of growth and development.

You will report to the Board and work closely with a hands off CFO and energetic hands on Managing Director (both based in Manchester), being responsible for a team of over 25 staff. You will be a hands on professional, with a willingness to get under the skin of the business and develop the systems, people and processes necessary to effect the changes to really drive the future growth plans of the business. Your communication, interpersonal and IT skills will be excellent, which, combined with a real commercial focus to identify opportunities to capitalise on their already successful business model, will give you the edge in this fast paced competitive market sector.
