GENERAL MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION Location: Midlands Salary and Benefits: £60-70k + bonus + benefits

THE COMPANY * This construction business is a leading manufacturer of a leading manufacturer of a wide range of hard landscape products. * The business operates within the commercial, public and residential sectors and has one of the strongest reputations within the industry.

THE ROLE * The Midlands region is looking for a General Manager to responsible for all commercial, operational, production and health and safety activities. * You will be tasked with driving forward the company, ensuring goals and aspirations are hit in terms of output, waste, sales and future product development. * Reporting to the Managing Director you will have PandL responsibility for the division.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Individuals should be degree educated with experience within building products, especially landscaping being very important. * The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building skills, being able to drive the business forward in respects to commercial sales and operational performance. * You should have had PandL responsibility for at least a £15m business unit.
