This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established, highly successful organisation and become part of the management team. An opportunity has now arisen to join the business as GENERAL MANAGER. The establishment you would be responsible for takes approximately £10,000 a week and has 60/40 split on wet and food.

The company are looking for a successful couple who have a proven track record within the industry to join there well established organisation. You will be responsible for the main drive of the business including sales. It is quite an autonomous role and your will have a direct point of contact assigned to you at head office. The role is quite front of house rather than paperwork based and behind the scenes. The company itself have been going for over 150 years now and have a brewing side also to the business.

To be successful in this role you must have Castle Ales experience and be able to lead from the front. You must have a proven track record within the industry and have high standards of customer service. You must be confident in building rapport with the local community and have the ability to arrange various events to increase business.
