Multi Temperature, Shared User Implementation.

Our Client is a substantial European owned profitable provider of dedicated and shared user services whilst operating a UK network. The continuing development of their growth plans and physical infrastructure has shown the need for a professional site GM to take full control of the commissioning, implementation and ‘steady state’ management of a new substantial multi temperature site.

Working closely with the Operations Director, with colleagues and with customers, the GM will have a full and unencumbered remit to manage the site through effective use of financial and people resources. You will be a key part of the growth of the site and the division, and show inspired leadership and team building.

Clearly an accomplished site GM, your current or earlier experience must have encompassed large ‘shed’ management within a retail or FMCG environment. With full P&L responsibility you must possess the highest levels of numeracy, literacy and system skills linked to a passion for problem solving. In interpersonal terms, you must show credibility, intellect, analytical excellence, tenacity, resilience and clear communication, in an environment where people’s aspirations matter.
