The company, widely regarded as the global market leader are going from strength to strength. Having won a number of long term prestigious projects in UAE and having invested heavily in the region they are set for further growth and market dominance.

This exceptional growth has led to the requirement for a senior professional to fill the role of Regional General Manager of the UAE region. This exciting a senior role with report to the Vice president of operations and be responsible for all business areas and commercial operations within the region. This will include operations, sales and work winning, bid and project management as well as administrative functions.

This is a highly visible and critical role within the business group and therefore the successful candidate will be of the highest calibre with at least 10 years senior grade management experience within the Oil and Gas industry. You will have probably worked for one of the major contractors or engineering service providers. Further, you will have had international exposure and worked in culturally diverse companies managing across multiple locations. Technically you will display a sound understanding of exploration, production and processing industries. Academically, you will be degree educated in an engineering or related subject, further qualifications such as a masters, PhD of MBA will be a distinct advantage as will recognised membership of relevant industry bodies and associations.

In return our client are offering an outstanding remuneration package in the including a Tax Free basic salary of £100,000 to £130,000 DOE + benefits + performance related bonus.
