This successful £multimillion global fresh produce business operating across a portfolio of products within the fruit sector is now looking for a Technical Manager to lead their current technical team.

Your responsibilities will include taking responsibility for leading and coaching the technical team, appraising the resources across the business. As the most senior technical person within the business you wile be accountable for delivering the technical strategy for the business, working in true partnership with the UK Top 4 Retailers. You will be pivotal to driving quality and innovation, as well as taking charge of continuous improvement of systems.

To really 'hit the ground running` knowledge of a couple of different fruit categories is essential, whilst knowledge of other areas within fresh produce will be considered.
