I am currently working with a mid sized multinational company with offices worldwide. They are a telecoms vendor who are in the process of settling after some big changes and a restructure. I am helping then to find a new HR Business partner for the group based in the UK.
The position will be resposible for many aspects of the HR from Payroll to recruitment and is potentially an HR Director in training for when the incumbent director leaves in a few years time.
The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist with the following:
-International experience
-Experience with companies going through a resize.
-Meticulous attention to detail
-A strong person with influence and gravitas used to working within a highly matixed environment
-Someone who is ready or nearly ready to step up to be HR Director for a mid sized (1/2 biollion dollar company)
- Experience in comapnies of 1000 people or more would be preference.
